The Postal Service will have Express Mail® postage refund restrictions during December 22-25, 2009. Postage refunds will be paid only if service exceeds two delivery days. The service commitment will not change, and every effort will continue to be made to deliver Express Mail® the day it arrives at the delivery unit.
